Mogreet: One of Silicon Beach’s Hottest Tech Companies

The entire team at Mogreet is thrilled to be a part of the July 16, 2012 USA Today’s feature on the Los Angeles tech scene affectionately dubbed “Silicon Beach.”  Did you get a chance to read the piece?  What did you think?

While many argue for and against the moniker of Silicon Beach, no one can argue with the benefits of focusing national media attention on the LA tech scene.  After all, it is way overdue.  Los Angeles is home to some of the brightest and creative minds in the country.  As Tim Draper, influential venture capitalist, managing director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and friend of Mogreet, so eloquently said in the article, “The Hollywood creativity has finally caught the technology wave,” says Draper, “It takes awhile for the financial people to catch up with the entrepreneurs.”
